- Already available capacity need assessments or capacity building assessments from which the LNGOs gap is/are identified for the determination of specific required capacity building plan necessary for implementation of certain donors' projects,
- The general LNGOs gap identification in which standard capacity building training is first option.
- In the case that the aforementioned assessment/s and gap have not been specified and need to be determined by us.
