• Empower Local NGOs: Strengthen the operational and technical capacities of local NGOs to enhance their effectiveness in delivering humanitarian assistance. This includes providing targeted training, improving project management skills, and developing robust fundraising strategies to ensure sustainable impact in their communities.
• Promote Risk Management: Establish and develop comprehensive frameworks that enable local NGOs to implement climate-resilient, risk-informed, and conflict-sensitive programming. This includes providing training and resources to effectively assess risks and integrate adaptive strategies that enhance resilience in vulnerable communities.
• Facilitate Funding Opportunities: Assist LNGOs in identifying and securing new funding sources that align with their project concepts and organizational needs. This includes providing guidance on proposal development, enhancing donor engagement strategies, and creating tailored opportunities for sustainable financial support.
