ORGANAZATIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Conduct in-depth comprehensive assessments to identify NGO strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities. In addition, we bridging the gap by supporting you to go out of the comfort zone.
• Deliver training programs to enhance LNGO staff capacities in fundraising, program management, and proposal writing.
• Support LNGOs with institutional services such as developing internal policies that align with donors and grants requirements.
