- Providing an updated database of local organizations containing detailed profiles for each.
- Designing electronic partner maps through social media posts or field visits to local offices, to be filled by organizations. Our team will conduct verification visits to partners selected by donors upon request by donor or international NGOs.

Acting as a trusted link between donors and qualified local third-party monitoring organizations and auditors.
- Conducting independent monitoring as third-party services for projects across various sectors through teams of localization portal volunteers and trainees with extensive expertise in specialized localization portal.
- Assessing needs of all types (urgent and comprehensive).
- Conducting baseline KAP survey at project inception and endline KAP survey upon completion to measure outcomes.
- Developing modern project monitoring mechanisms, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and creating Indicator Performance Tracking Tables (IPTTs).
- Conducting final impact evaluations to measure project effectiveness, feasibility, financial feasibility, and overall impact.
- Designing unified standardized evaluation systems and performance indicators to ensure quality.
- Developing effective mechanisms for complaint management, beneficiary engagement, and training project teams on these processes.
Serving as a bridge between philanthropic donors (foundations and individuals) and local NGOs to create impactful projects that serve vulnerable communities.
- Assessing humanitarian and developmental needs before project intervention to verify alignment with proposals and adjust if deviations exist.
- Mapping humanitarian and developmental needs based on sector priorities (food security, livelihoods, WASH, protection, health & nutrition, peacebuilding, and social cohesion).
- Documenting success stories and lessons learned.
- Providing technical consultations and conducting studies to ensure compliance with standards and risk management.
- Offering legal and regulatory advice to ensure compliance and transparency in charitable operations.
- Strengthening team capabilities and empowering field partners to develop practical plans for institutional sustainability and funding acquisition.
- Training partners in developing three-year strategic plans integrated with fundraising strategies.
- Enhancing partners' skills in drafting project proposals for various donors and exploring new donor outreach methods as a tool for donor exit strategies.
- Training field partners on implementing donor projects in compliance with required policies, mechanisms, conditions, and standards.
